The Quality control service is responsible for all aspects related to the quality of grain from the country of origin until it reaches in a way that satisfies all the company’s customers. All the activities and responsibilities depend on advanced scientific research to identify the different specifications of all types of grains in order to produce at the end a high-quality food product . This is done by conducting many tests and laboratory analyzes on the raw materials, from which it is possible to judge the degree of quality and the suitability of the product due to the standard specifications by conducting all the necessary analysis, whether physical or chemical, with good disinfection of the storage places in silos and warehouses before entering the grains. Then controlling the temperature and humidity, conducting periodic examination and early detection of infestation of stored grain insects. Lastly using safe treatment methods to prevent the spread of infestation to reduce grain losses.
