Mr. Mohamed Abdel Fadil is a pioneer in establishing the idea of grain market brokerage in Egypt, and the founder of Venus International Free Zone. He has been managing the Company since 1996 with over 28 years in the commodity market in both local & international markets. Currently he is the Non-Executive Chairman for VIFZ, since his appointment as a Member of the Senator House of the Arab Republic of Egypt in 2020. Mr. Mohamed is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Trans Globe Logistics (“TGL”), a land transportation and logistics services company, He was a former Chairman of Kazakh Egyptian Businessmen Council. He is also a board member of General Division of Importers in the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, Russian Egyptian Businessmen Council, Egypt International Economic Forum, Egyptian Junior Businessmen Association , Russian Grain Union, and Egyptian French Businessmen Committee. Mr. Fadil holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1987 and a Diploma in Project Management in 1989.

Eng. Hassan Abdel Fadil is a prominent business leader and a board of director with diversified management expertise in strategy design, business development, manufacturing, international trading, project management, and systems analysis & design. Eng. Fadil has played a critical leadership role over the past 3 decades in growing the investment group from one company to a group of 6 companies with regional footprint. His business talent is highly demonstrated in his competency of driving a journey starting from concept formulation, development, implementation, and all the way for successful impact and results. He enjoys the challenge of turning a vision into reality. His successful performance record covers the strategic bird eye view, with hands on tactical expertise managing to turn challenges along the way into opportunities. Accordingly, Eng. Fadil is leading the transformation growth journey phase for VIFZ with the executive management team and advisory firms. Mr. Fadil is the CEO & Executive Board Member for Venus International Free Zone, and the Co-Board Chairs of Trans Globe Logistics, Multi-Building Systems and Engineering, and Transportation Management Center. Mr. Fadil has a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University and an MBA in International Business Administration from ESCSCA – France Hassan's learning path is on ongoing journey with various development milestones to name a few; he is a certified board member by the National Association of Corporate Directors and Risk Metric Group in USA, a member of GAFTA (Grain and Feed Trade Association), IRU Certified CPC Instructor, Certified Internal Audit, Licensed Business Practitioner of NLP by True Business Leaders, A Certified Negotiation Professional in Family Business by IIFE, Next generation Strategy by Awareness, A Certified Arbitrator from center of arbitration CAFLOU and a member of the Who is Who Organization. He's current learning path is focusing now on Human Capital Development, assessment tools, and leading transformation business journeys. 
 

Dr. Ahmed has over 30 years of experience in the field of Allergy and Bronchial Asthma. He is a distinguished physician who has been lauded by numerous professional societies, governmental agencies, universities, and foreign countries for his significant medical, teaching, research and professional writings. Dr. Ahmed is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy and Asthma.

Dr. Ahmed completed his specialization in Allergy and Asthma at Georgetown University Hospital, USA, alongside one of the most prominent allergists in the field, Prof Dr. Joseph Bellanti, President of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. During his stay in the USA, he was invited to lecture on Allergy and Asthma in both the School of Medicine and the School of Science (Department of Biology) at Georgetown University.

He has been invited by many Societies, medical, non-medical and public, to lecture and update both the medical profession and the community about Asthma and Allergy. He was also selected by one of the most renowned International Pharmaceutical Companies to be its medical adviser/consultant to benefit from his knowledge and expertise in the field.

Al Massaleh Real Estate was founded in 1989 by Musaad Al Saleh & Sons. The company has been listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since 1997 and has since operated as a real estate owner, operator and developer with an independent board to manage the interests of the company’s shareholders. The company's activities include residential/commercial property development, facilities management, hospitality and leisure, project management, urban cleaning and waste management.
